Pai Gow Poker is a current game with ancient ancestry. Built on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the west in a great game for beginner level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player against the casino, not like the majority of other poker games that players wager with other gamblers. By competing against the dealer, starting players do not have to fret about any other, more skillful people taking their $$$$.

One more Pai Gow advantage is the generally leisurely game pace, rookies are able to take their time and plan without having to make frenzied choices.

It is also much simpler to enjoy for an extended time with only a little amount of cash seeing as, to not win, both of your hands has to be lower than each of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned 7 cards face up and the casino receives 7 cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and a 2 card hand must be put together from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand must be better than the two card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand totals to be larger than the casino’s.
